Move Against Cancer

Our wonderful local clients Doctor Do More, and Central Coast Primary Care have joined forces to run Central Coast’s biggest step challenge to help fight cancer. From September 1st until September 30th Coasties are coming together in teams to step it out and help raise much needed funds for cancer research. Reality Marketing is thrilled to be able to support this fantastic initiative.

Dr Ash Bowden aka Doctor Do More, and Central Coast Primary Care are working together to improve the physical and mental well-being of the local Central Coast community. Based in Erina, Central Coast Primary Care has been delivering programs and services across the Central Coast for over 18 years. Employing over 450 individuals and contractors on the Central Coast, with tens of thousands of people accessing their various services annually, Central Coast Primary Care are recognised as a leading provider of NDIS and Mental Health services in the local region.

Local emergency doctor and popular advocate for getting the Coast moving more through his free local physical activity search engine https://do-more.live/, Dr Ash Bowden is excited to be a contestant in the up and coming Cancer Councils “Stars of the Coast competition”. The Step Challenge is a great way to get people moving more and the funds raised will be directed to the Cancer Council.

COVID-19 friendly

Now more than ever, taking care of yourself and those you care about is paramount. Physical and mental health is a huge component of this which is why regular physical activity is so important. This fundraiser challenge is COVID-19 friendly, allowing people to stay mentally and physically active by encouraging the simplest form of movement, walking!

How to join Central Coast's Step Challenge:

Form a team of 4-20 people
Nominate a team captain, they need to register
Team captain to add each team member
Minimum donation $10 per person to be donated via the team captain (more $$$ the better)
