Leonie arnebark

Leonie is a passionate marketing all-rounder, committed to providing the strategic direction and execution support needed to achieve sustainable growth for your business. With two decades of integrated marketing management and coaching experience heading up high performance marketing teams both locally and overseas, including the health, dental and medical arena - and having run her own successful businesses previously - Leonie brings the knowledge, expertise and genuine ability to take your company to the next level.

Other interests include going to the beach, keeping fit and well, spending time with family and friends, travelling and enjoying a glass of bubbly on the deck.

Fun fact: Leonie competed in the 2004 Olympics in Athens for Synchronised Swimming.

His 30+ years of experience in computers, marketing, and advertising spans from corporate giants to solopreneurs, combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver personalised attention and optimal results to each client.

When he's not busy crafting successful ad strategies, Andy enjoys tending to the donkeys on his wife’s hobby farm in rural Tasmania.

Content Specialist

Amy takes care of social media scheduling, content creation and admin support, ensuring our clients maintain a consistent and engaging online presence. She brings almost 20 years of experience in providing exceptional administrative support to the team.

Amy's approachability, organisation, and efficiency keep content strategies running smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the Central Coast with her two boys.

Marketing Coordinator

AIDEN COLLINS

Aiden is a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who brings fresh perspectives to the Reality Marketing team. Graduating with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing from the University of Newcastle in 2023, Aiden quickly put his skills to work for our clients, mastering strategic marketing initiatives, social media management, newsletters and website development.

Outside the office, Aiden’s passion for sport shines through, having played soccer at various levels for over 15 years and working at Rebel Sport.
