With more than 25 years’ experience leading marketing teams in Australia and overseas, she combines strategic thinking with practical knowledge of what it takes to run and grow a business.

 

She works closely with clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities and turn complex marketing decisions into clear priorities. Her approach brings together branding, digital marketing, SEO, AI search optimisation, communications, PR and partnerships, ensuring each activity supports the broader business strategy.

 

Leonie has extensive experience across healthcare, dental and professional services, including the particular demands of patient communication, referrer relationships and healthcare advertising. She leads Reality Marketing’s specialist team and remains closely involved in client strategy, building lasting relationships through honest advice, responsive communication and consistent follow through.

 

Outside work, Leonie enjoys ocean swimming, travelling and spending time with her family and their dog, Frank, on the beaches around Terrigal.

 

Fun fact: Leonie represented Australia in synchronised swimming at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.

Leif oversees strategy, operations, systems, and analytics at Reality Marketing, bringing a data-driven approach to help businesses achieve their goals. His diverse experience spans business analysis, project management, and advocacy.

Max is a versatile web designer and digital strategist specialising in creating effective and affordable websites for small businesses. He’s been building websites since the internet's early days! Joe is a skilled marketing specialist focused on social media advertising and digital marketing. With his experience and creativity, Joe helps clients improve their online presence and reach target audiences effectively. Andy is a seasoned Google Ads specialist with a talent for converting clicks into customers. He’s been a  Certified Google Ads Premier Partner since 2013.

His 30+ years of experience in computers, marketing, and advertising spans from corporate giants to solopreneurs, combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver personalised attention and optimal results to each client.

When he's not busy crafting successful ad strategies, Andy enjoys tending to the donkeys on his wife’s hobby farm in rural Tasmania.

Aiden is a Marketing Specialist and Account Manager who brings fresh ideas and a practical approach to the Reality Marketing team. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, from the University of Newcastle in 2023, he has developed experience at Reality Marketing across marketing strategy, social media, email marketing, content creation, website development and editing, client account management, and the practical use of AI in marketing.

Outside the office, Aiden enjoys making the most of life on the Central Coast, whether he’s playing soccer, following sport, spending time at the beach or travelling and exploring new countries.

Isabella brings creativity, fresh ideas and a thoughtful approach to her role as Marketing Assistant at Reality Marketing. A Macquarie University graduate with a Bachelor of Marketing and Media, she helps turn marketing plans into engaging content that connects businesses with their audiences.

 

Working across social media, blogs, newsletters and website updates, Isabella supports our clients in building a consistent online presence. She enjoys finding the right words and creative ideas to communicate what makes each business different.

 

Outside of work, Isabella loves travelling, exploring new places and meeting people from around the world.

Frank is Reality Marketing’s resident Lifestyle Manager and gentle giant. Calm, affectionate and effortlessly zen, he reminds the team to slow down, stay grounded and maintain a healthy work life balance.

 

When he isn’t supervising the team or offering quiet moral support, Frank loves long walks along Terrigal Beach, spending time with his family and finding the perfect spot for a well earned nap.

 

Fun fact: Frank has never missed a deadline, mainly because he has never agreed to one.
